End-to-end encryption
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. Not even AdminProDesk can read your documents, emails, or messages.
Encryption keys are derived from your credentials and never stored on our servers. Only you hold the key to your workspace.
Private workspace architecture
Your workspace is fully isolated. There is no shared infrastructure between users — your data never touches another user's environment.
Each workspace is provisioned as an independent encrypted container, ensuring complete data separation at the infrastructure level.
Zero third-party sharing
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. No advertising networks, no analytics partners, no data brokers — ever.
Our business model is based on subscriptions, not data. Your information is never used to train external AI models or shared with any third party.
Data residency & control
You choose where your data is stored. AdminProDesk supports regional data residency to comply with local regulations and your personal preferences.
Data residency options include EU (GDPR), US, and other regions. You can export or delete all your data at any time, permanently.
Private AI processing
AI features run within your encrypted workspace. Your content is never sent to external AI providers without your explicit consent.
We use privacy-preserving AI architectures that process data locally within your workspace boundary, not on shared cloud AI infrastructure.
